His career includes service as a General Surgery specialist at SSK Konya Ereğli Hospital, PTT Hospital, and Bursa Military Hospital between 1996 and 1998. From October 2016, he served as the Director of the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate. He is married and has three children.
